Project Description

Ashish Nirman Sewa, as part of M/S Shanxi-Ashish JV, Bharatpur-10, Chitwan, successfully completed the Construction of Kathmandu ICD/CFS (Part A: Main Block) for Nepal Intermodal Transport Development Board under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies.

The project developed a major inland clearance depot and container freight station at Chovar, including civil works, sanitary works, electrical works, road construction, land development, environmental safeguard and social enhancement works, inspection shed, appraisal shed, PEB warehouses, RCC multi-storey buildings, and large-scale parking yards.

The completed facility includes three 54 m x 24 m x 10.5 m PEB warehouses, three RCC multi-storey building works, and parking capacity for 500 trucks and 500 containers across a 220 ropani site area.
