Project Description

Ashish Nirman Sewa, as part of M/S GCGC-Ashish-Samanantar JV, substantially completed the Retrofitting of Office Building of Department of Roads at Babarmahal, Kathmandu under the Central Level Project Implementation Unit (Building and Housing).

The project covered dismantling and demolition of existing finishes and structural elements, followed by whole-building retrofitting using carbon fibre reinforced polymer laminates, glass fibre sheet with fibre anchors, micro piling, MS plate anchoring, MS angle bracing, lime surkhi plaster, heritage finishes, MEP, firefighting, fire alarm, CCTV, HVAC VRF, PA systems, landscaping, fountain, and interior works.

The work was completed on 2 May 2024 and was under defects liability period when certified on 10 January 2025.
