Project Description

M/S Nantong-Ashish-Samanantar JV, KMC-09, Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu completed the Landscaping Improvement Works along Bagmati River Banks at Uttargaya, Gokarna, Guheshwori, and Thapathali to Balkhu under the Bagmati River Basin Improvement Project.

The ADB-financed project was awarded under Contract No. BRBIP-AF/01W/2019 by the High Powered Committee for Integrated Development of the Bagmati Civilization. Ashish Nirman Sewa held a 40% JV share, with Nantong at 20% and Samanantar at 40%.

The agreement date was 13 August 2019 and completion date was 10 March 2023. The original contract amount was NRs. 1,127,111,893.90, revised amount was NRs. 1,182,969,641.05, and final bill amount was NRs. 1,212,768,973.15 including price escalation and excluding VAT.
