Project Description
The Butwal-Gorusinghe Road Section (H-01) is a strategic national highway in Nepal, spanning Rupandehi and Kapilbastu districts. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot-1 (Km 590+000 to Km 615+000) and Lot-2 (Km 615+000 to Km 640+000), covering road widening, bridge construction, and performance-based maintenance.
Scope of Work — Phase 1: Upgrading Works — Expanding the 2-lane road to 4 lanes with service lanes, bridges, and associated structures. Phase 2: Performance-Based Maintenance — Ensuring road upkeep as per PBM standards.
Lot-1 (Km 590+000 to Km 615+000): Road upgrading, bridges, and associated structures along the East-West Highway corridor. Lot-2 (Km 615+000 to Km 640+000): Continuation of road and bridge works on the second section of the corridor.
