Project Description
Ashish Nirman Sewa, as part of M/S Lama-Rabina-Ashish-P.S. Joint Venture, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, successfully completed the Construction of Technical cum Administrative Building Complex at Babarmahal, Kathmandu for Nepal Telecom.
The project delivered an eight-storey frame structure building with mat foundation, semi-basement, lifts, sanitary and electrical works, generator, and transformer systems.
The actual completion date was 15 April 2012, ahead of the original 31 December 2012 completion date.
