Project Description
Ashish Nirman Sewa, as part of M/S Ashish & Samanantar Joint Venture, Bharatpur-10, Chitwan, substantially completed the historical and cultural Karmaraja Mahavihar and earthquake-damaged buildings at the ancient religious premises of the UNESCO-listed Swayambhunath Stupa.
The project involved construction of a double-basement, four-storey RCC frame structure with heritage-sensitive works, traditional Dachhi Appa works, pile foundation works, wood works, and cultural cornice works.
A certificate dated 21 February 2021 recorded 80% substantial completion and a completed works amount of NRs. 112,324,001.92.
