Scope of Works:

The scope of works under this Contract includes the engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of a 400kV Double Circuit (D/C) Transmission Line for Lot-1, in accordance with the approved designs, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.

The works cover detailed engineering and design, supply and delivery of all required materials and equipment, civil and foundation works, erection of transmission line towers, stringing and sagging of conductors and earth wires, installation of associated fittings and accessories, and completion of all related works necessary for the safe and reliable operation of the transmission line.

The scope also includes testing, inspection, commissioning, and performance verification of the transmission line system, as well as rectification of defects during the Defects Notification Period. All activities shall be carried out in compliance with applicable laws, technical standards, environmental, social, health, and safety requirements, and instructions of the Employer and Engineer.

The Contractor is responsible for coordination, quality control, site management, and timely completion of the works to achieve successful commissioning and handover of the transmission line in operational condition.
